MAILING LABELS
The NM Chapter does rent the use of mailing labels for one time use; the
fees are
$100 for members and non-profit organizatins and $150 for
non-members and profit organizations. Mailing labels of our membership may be rented for a one-time use only, for an acceptable purpose.
Complete the form
and mail to the chapter office with a copy of the material you plan to mail, and payment, we will mail the labels to you in peel-and-stick form. The sale of labels on disk, or electronic format is prohibited. Please note - we do not rent email address lists.

E-NEWSLETTER ADVERTISING POLICY & RATES
The NASW-NM Chapter sends an email e-newsletter to NASW-NM members once a
month. All submissions must be email by the 25th day of the month before the
ad will go out (for example ads for the August e-newsletter must be
submitted by July 25th). Ads that are received after the 25th will be
included in the next months e-newsletter.
E-newsletter ads are $35
for members and $50 for non-members. E-newsletters will be emailed to memberson
the second Monday of each month; the newsletter will be posted on the website by the
end of each month.

JOB/CLASSIFIED ADVERTISEMENTS
Classified ads are
$35 for members and $50 for non-members;
ads run for 30 days. We will not accept/edit material from brochures. Please
do not include graphic elements.

All advertising is subject to the publisher's approval. NASW-NM reserves the right to reject advertisements for any reason at any time and is not liable for any alleged loss or damages if an advertisement is omitted for any reason. NASW complies with the provisions of applicable federal and state laws prohibiting discrimination. Placement of ads will be at NASW's discretion, although advertiser's preference will be met whenever possible. Publication of an advertisement does not constitute endorsement or approval by NASW of any product or services advertised, any point of view, standard, claims, or opinion presented therein. The placement of an advertising order constitutes an acceptance of all the rates and conditions under which advertising is sold at that time.
